Overview

Tackle exciting rapids and enjoy the spectacular scenery on this fun-filled white water rafting adventure along the Yague del Norte River. This is the longest river in the Caribbean and offers both challenging rapids and easy stretches. Tackle ‘Mike Tyson’ a 12-foot vertical drop and ‘The Cemetery’, a great stretch of rocks sticking up like tombstones. The river also offers winding curves of calmer water for easy drifting. Your trip will be led by an experienced rafting guide and no previous rafting experience is needed. Depending on the time of year and how high the river is, rapids here range from mild class II to more wild and adrenalin pumping class IV.
