3 of us, including an 11 y o child went quading in the desert. left in the afternoon, and came home at sunset. we had the most fantastic time, bombing around, in the scorching heat, sweaty, mucky having such a sense of freedom. exilarating or what!!!! a must for anyone who enjoys fast, challenging fun!!!!!the guys who took us out were great too....

We got picked up from the Hyatt on time and taken to the quad biking centre which is only about 5 mins drive. Most of the bikes are automatic but I seemed to get a manual one which was fine. We were taken into the desert and I was really excited as I thought that we'd be let loose on the bikes. However, the whole tour is quite regimented and we were not allowed to overtake the person in front or leave the line of bikes which was a shame.

We stopped for 20 mins at an ancient temple and had a drink before heading back. Saw the sunset in the desert which was impressive. It was just a shame that we couldn't got faster

This is totally worth it, an amazing experience! such a feeling driving through the desert surrounded by such wonderful views. the guides are really friendly and helpful, and put safety of the drivers 1st! which was good to see, without spoiling the fun of the day. if you like that feeling of excitment this is a must. Will definately be doing it again!!

OMG - this was sooooo good, i just wish i was back in Sharm and doing it all over again!!!! I done this with my hubby and 2 kids, 16 and 11 and they thought it was brill. Would defo recommend if you think this is your sort of thing. (Well worth getting out of my sick-bed for, lol) :-) xx

was good fun. even though you drive slowly due to being in a line, you can always pretend your quad bike isnt working/go to the back of the line and drive really fast to catch up! that way you get the thrills of driving it fast. the head scarfs are provided there incase youve forgotten to buy one before hand, they cost 30EGP each. sun glasses are sort of a must otherwise youll' get loads of sand in your eyes. i forgot mine. still recommend it

The whole experience is one of a kind. The desert, the mountains, the sunset are all stunning views you get to enjoy on this quad biking trip. The only things I did not like is the fact that you are not allowed to speed up nor leave the line and that makes 2 hours kinda boring. Also the fact that you get all dusty up to a point that the clothes I used were not used again for the rest of the trip. I strongly suggest the head scarf for this trip.
