Overview

After an early morning departure from Muscat, head through desert and mountain scenery in the comfort of a 4WD vehicle. En route to the Western Mountain range visit the hot springs of Ain Towarah and nearby date plantations. Then the tour proceeds to Wadi Bani Awf popularly known as snake gorge. The scenic drive winds through the mountains with steep cliffs on either side. At Wadi Bani Awf enjoy a short walk to soak up the ambience and magical views of this special area. The tour then proceeds to the remote village of Bilad Sayt situated in the fold of the Western Hajar Mountains. Here you will be taken on a guided walk through the village to see terrace plantations, traditional farms and scenic views.
