This is essentially an extension of the Desert Safari and Sunset Barbecue tour and will appeal to those who want to spend a night in the desert under a blanket of stars.- Thrilling drive over the Arabian sand dunes

You’ll be picked up in luxury, air-conditioned 4 wheel drive vehicles and taken into the heart of the Arabian desert where you will race up giant sand dunes and plunge over blind precipices. After a couple of hours, head to the largest sand dune to experience the sun set over this amazing landscape. From hear, head to your Bedouin campsite nestled deep in the desert where a warm and traditional Arabic welcome of dates and coffee awaits you. Your sumptuous barbeque dinner will be served to you in authentic tents and you will sit on embroided cushions and traditional Arabic carpets. It is a time-honoured Arabic tradition to smoke a water pipe called Narhileh or ‘hubbly bubbly’ and this will be offered to you during dinner.
After dinner, you can take a short ride into the desert on a camel or watch the fascinating belly dancer. Then, you can sit around the open camp fires, smoke more of the hubbly bubbly and chat to the local ‘Bedouin’ people about their way of life and how it has changed since the massive development in Dubai. As the sun rises you will be served a filling breakfast before returning to Dubai at around 8.00am.

Lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year although in the winter months it’s probably advisable to take a jumper or light jacket. We also advise that you take good quality sunglasses and be sensitive to local traditions during Ramadam.
For this tour, you will also require an overnight bag for your toiletries and change of clothes.
The 4x4 vehicles used are air-conditioned and carry a maximum capacity of 6 passengers plus driver. All drivers are qualified off-road professionals; first-aid trained and carry mobile phones. All vehicles are equipped with seat-belts and passengers are required to wear them at all times.
This safari trip takes you through rugged routes intended to create an adventurous and exciting experience. Therefore, children under the age of three years old are not permitted. It is also not recommended to people suffering with heart conditions and back/neck problems.
