Busch Gardens is a simply 70 minute drive from Orlando, but don’t worry if you don’t have your own transport. Your ticket includes free bus transportation to Busch Gardens on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express. This service departs from SeaWorld plus various locations in the International Drive and Kissimmee areas. Reservations are a must and can be made by calling 1-800-221-1339 when in Orlando.

All customers must be resident in the UK, Ireland or Europe to purchase this product as DoSomethingDifferent.com will send you an actual park ticket in the post. This means you can go straight into the parks without queuing to redeem a Ticket Voucher.

You will receive a confirmation of purchase by email, followed by the ticket(s) sent to your billing address within seven days of purchase, subject to ticket availability. If you are a Travel Agent your tickets will be dispatched 3-4 weeks prior to your client’s Departure Date from the UK.

As you will be sent the actual ticket, we advise that you store it in a safe place prior to travel and take a photocopy of serial number(s) on the reverse. In the event that it is lost, this will enable the park to reissue the ticket(s).

Information for customers in the UK: Tickets for bookings made within the UK will be dispatched by DX Courier Service. If you are travelling in less than a week, we can offer an Express Delivery Service for an additional fee, subject to ticket availability. Please either call our Customer Service Line on 0208 090 3790 to book UK Express Delivery, or select the UK Express Delivery Service ticket (per booking not per ticket) when making your booking online.

Information for customers in Europe and the Republic of Ireland: If you reside in Europe or the Republic of Ireland you must select the Delivery Charge for Europe (non UK) and Rep. Ireland ticket type in order for your tickets to be dispatched (per booking not per ticket). Please note that delivery to Europe and the Republic of Ireland may take up to 10 working days so we are therefore unable to arrange Express Delivery.

Q: Do I need to detail the date I wish to visit the parks?
A: No, we will send you an open-dated ticket. Your ticket is activated the first time you visit one of the parks and is then valid for 14 days from that point. Tickets expire 14 days after first use irrespective of how often you visit the parks

Q: Can I visit more than one park in a day?
A: Yes, you have unlimited access to all the parks listed above. You can visit them as many times as you like and visit more than one park in a day.
