Getting to know the food is also the great way of getting to know the country. Vietnamese food is healthy, simple to cook and delicious and forms a large part of the culture. Your culinary experience starts with a walking tour of the famous Chau Long Market  to learn about the local ingredients. See and smell the the decorative small stalls with fresh vegetables, herbs and spices. Then head to Hanoi Cooking Centre your hand's on cooking lesson.

You will have one cooking station between 2 persons for your hands-on lesson enabling plenty of interaction with the head chef and each member of the group will be given their own work station. There are several menus to choose from and each menu consists of 4 dishes to prepare. You will then sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labour plus exchange opinions and tips. Happy eating!
