This adventure tour offers the opportunity to step off of the road more travelled and to explore areas which remain unspoilt and not usually visited by tourists. As you head away from Kota Kinabalu, stop by an orchard for a panoramic view of forested hills and majestic views of Mount Kinabalu. Then continue into the rugged interior venturing off-road in your 4-Wheel Drive vehicle.  Savour the wonderful views from the comfort of your car and then explore the areas by foot. On a thirty minute trek, explore a typical Dusun village, cross hanging bridges and wade through mountain rivers that may vary from knee to thigh high. At the end of your trek, take a relaxing dip in the soothing waters of a fast flowing river - nature’s own Jacuzzi. End your tour with a tiffin lunch, a remnant of a colonial custom, as you take pleasure in the rustic surroundings off the beaten track.

Casual. Dress according to the weather for that day. It is recommended that you take a bottle of water and a sturdy pair of shoes. You might want to wear your swimwear underneath your clothes if you intend to take a dip.

This day tour takes you back to nature - there are no toilets or changing rooms. Also be prepared to get wet on the trek and remember to wear sturdy walking shoes with good grip.
