This cruise offers a choice of superbly prepared, locally-produced cuisine to enjoy as you cruise the Hudson River and see Manhattan by night! Enjoy spectacular views of New York's breathtaking skyline as you wine and dine the night away.

Embark upon your delectable journey from Pier 81, West 41st Street, conveniently located in midtown Manhattan, near hotels and the theatre district.  Sail down the Hudson River and up the East River, viewing city landmarks such as Ellis Island, the South Street Seaport and the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Willliamsburg Bridges. The cruise climaxes with a wonderful close-up view of the floodlit Statue of Liberty.
After dinner you can dance the night away to the entertaining musical sounds of the resident DJ, or simply relax with a cocktail and enjoy the view.

AMUSE BOUCHE A Culinary Treat from the Executive Chef

APPETIZERS

• World Yacht Signature Salad - heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese, frisee and radicchio di Treviso with haricots verts marinated in salsa verde, garnished with slivered roasted almonds and a sherry vinaigrette.
• Duo of Salmon - smoke salmon with creme fraiche, shallots and dill paired with salmon tartar with avocado, wasabi and nori.
• Chef's Seasonal Soup
• Octopus Salad - grilled baby octopus, garbanzo beans, baby heirloom tomatoes, orecchiette pasta and baby arugula tossed in a cilantro vinaigrette.
• Classic Shrimp Cocktail - four pieces of colossal shrimp served with traditional cocktail sauce (supplement $5 per person, payable locally).
  
• Cheese and Charcuterie Plate - soppressata and prosciutto di Parma with Fontina, Asiago and Gorgonzola Dolce cheese served with marinated olives and cornichons.
• Caesar Salad - romaine lettuce, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and crouton with traditional Caesar dressing.

ENTREES

• Roasted French Cut Breast of Chicken - marinated in fresh thyme, peppercorn, garlic and orange zest, served over chorizo sausage, dates and cilantro with fingerling potatoes and romanesco.
• Pan Seared Salmon - fillet of North Atlantic salmon served over spinach and roasted pepper with grilled fennel and a carrot saffron puree.
• Pork Chop with Salsa Verde - marinate pork chop served with roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
• Vegetable Ravioli - served in a roasted tomato sauce.
• Filet Mignon - beef tenderloin served with roasted fingerling potatoes and season vegetables (supplement of $10 per person, payable locally).

July 4th Cruise
Celebrate Independence day as you indulge in a five-course dinner. Your ticket also includes an open premium bar, music and dancing. Boarding begins at 5:30 p.m, sailing at 7.00pm. 

New Year’s Eve Cruise
Ring in the New Year as you indulge in a four-course dinner. Your ticket also includes an open premium bar, music, dancing, midnight champagne toast, party favours and dazzling city views. Boarding begins at 9:00p.m, sailing from 10:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. and continue to party dockside until 1:30a.m.

Valentines day
Make this Valentine's the best yet. Surprise your special someone with an enchanting evening on the River with romantic skyline views & delectable treats prepared by World Yacht's Executive Chef Denis Weekes, sails 11 February.

In keeping with the ambience of the cruise, smarter dress is required. Gentleman are required to wear a jacket and trousers. No jeans or trainers are allowed.

Please note that children are permitted on the dinner cruise but there is no discounted rate and no child menu available.
