• DoSomethingDifferent will send your actual New York Pass and Guidebook in the post. Therefore you will receive a confirmation of purchase by email, followed by the ticket(s) within one week of purchase. 
• They will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  You must therefore, be resident in the UK or Ireland to purchase this product.
• As you will be sent the actual ticket, we advise that you store it in a safe place prior to travel. Lost tickets cannot be refunded.

Q: Can you visit the same attraction on different days using the New York Pass.
A: No, you can visit your favourite attractions more than once, but it must be on different days. For example you can visit the Empire State Building on Monday and then come back in the evening on Tuesday to admire the romantic views at night.
