DoSomethingDifferent will send your actual New York Explorer Pass and Guidebook in the post. Therefore you will receive a confirmation of purchase by email, followed by the ticket(s) one week later. You must therefore, be resident in the UK or Ireland to purchase this product.

You will receive a confirmation of purchase by email, followed by the ticket(s) sent to your billing address within seven days of purchase, subject to ticket availability. If you are a Travel Agent your tickets will be dispatched 3-4 weeks prior to your client’s Departure Date from the UK.

Information for customers in the UK: Tickets for bookings made within the UK will be dispatched by DX Courier Service. If you are travelling in less than a week, we can offer an Express Delivery Service for an additional fee, subject to ticket availability. Please either call our Customer Service Line on 0208 090 3790 to book UK Express Delivery, or select the UK Express Delivery Service ticket (per booking not per ticket) when making your booking online.

Information for customers in Europe and the Republic of Ireland: If you reside in Europe or the Republic of Ireland you must select the Delivery Charge for Europe (non UK) and Rep. Ireland ticket type in order for your tickets to be dispatched (per booking not per ticket). Please note that delivery to Europe and the Republic of Ireland may take up to 10 working days so we are therefore unable to arrange Express Delivery.

Q: Can I really jump the queue at some attractions?
A: Yes, simply present your Explorer Pass at the CitySights desk in Times Square for your Statue of Liberty tickets. This will avoid an often very lengthy queue at Battery Park. You will still need to queue to board the ferry in the normal fashion, but this is generally much shorter. Follow the simple instructions in your guidebook (which is supplied along with the actual pass) and avoid spending precious time waiting in line at popular museums such as the Met, the MOMA and also at Top of the Rock.
