Overview

Easier and more fun than walking, this 3-hour Segway tour takes you through the streets of Milan, passing many of her best known landmarks. Glide through Sempione Park to the Sforzesco Castle and then on to the gorgeous Cathedral Square where you can admire the Gallery dedicated to Vittorio Emanuel II, King of Italy. There are plenty of photo stops along the route and you will be accompanied throughout the tour by an expert instructor who will help to bring the architecture and culture to life with their stories and anecdotes.

No previous riding experience is necessary. The tour starts with a 30 minute orientation session helping you get accustomed with the controls and group sizes are limited to 6 persons ensuring plenty of one-on-one tuition from the instructor.

Details

Departure Location:

Tour commences at Piazza Sempione, behind the Peace Arch. The meeting place is easy to locate and your guide will be waiting for you.

Departs:

Daily, except Saturdays. FULLY BOOKED: 12, 25 April; 1 May; 2 June; 15 August; 1 November; 7, 8 December.

Start Times:

10.00am. There is an additional afternoon departure at 3.00pm between April and October.

Duration:

3 hours including a 30 minute orientation session.

Additional Information

Tours go rain or shine, there will be no refunds for inclement weather and rain ponchos are provided to keep you dry if it rains.

The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone from 12 up to 70 years of age. Riders must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance and complete use of their left hand.

The Segway is not appropriate for those weighing under 100 pounds (45 kilos) or over 250 pounds (113 kilos). Riders must be at least 12 years old.

There is a maximum of 6 persons in a tour group.
