This is brilliant experience, i went with my family when i was younger now i'm 18yrs old we are all looking forward to a repeat performance in the near future, i cannot wait, it's such a lovley relaxed atmosphere you get to look at london from 2 different perspectives: land and water xx

Certainly an unusual way to tour a city! It's a bit noisy and don't expect it to go very fast either on land or water. It does attract a lot of attention and makes a lot of people smile!

I was part of a party of 11 and we all thought it was great, but the thing that made it was the tour guide. He was courteous, funny and very knowledgeable.
The only minor thing we found wrong was that we didn't really see Buckingham palace, just drove past the side of it, other than that we where all very happy with it.

Fantastic birthday treat for all the family from 7 to 70 years old. Great performance from the guide Ms Ruth Bratt, witty, informative, and very entertaining--worthy of her own stand-up slot. Must find another excuse to go again.
Well done.

I recently took this tour with a group of friends and hand on my heart I can say this is the worst tour I have ever been on.

Similar to other reviewers I also experienced rudeness, insulating behaviour and inappropriate comments from the guide and was flabbergasted with his conduct.

Aside from the guide, I didn't see the point of going a vehicle, which does a poor job of being both a bus and a boat. Save your money and take a proper bus trip, get off and then get on a real boat on the Thames.

Its overpriced and poor quality tours like this, which give London a bad name.
