Ever tried white water rafting before? The picturesque Kiulu River offers an exciting introduction to the joys of river rafting and is perfect for those who have never rafted before. The 90-minute rafting adventure down river takes you over fun and exciting Grade II and Grade III rapids and at the end of your fun-filled journey there is the chance to try body rafting or take a relaxing swim. Other than the thrill of riding the white water rapids, this wonderful adventure also offers the opportunity to see the beautiful forests and countryside of the Kiulu River Valley. The drive to the Kiulu River takes around ninety minutes from Kota Kinabalu and the winding road through the undulating hills takes you past rice fields, rubber plantations and orchards. On arrival there is a safety briefing and all participants are kitted out with safety helmets and life jackets. A picnic lunch on the bank of the river is a fitting end to your rafting adventure before the return journey home.

Casual. Bring an old pair of trainers or strapped sandals that you don't mind getting wet, your swimming costume, hat and sunscreen plus a small towel and a change of clothes. 

There is a minimum age requirement of 7 years.
