Growing up to nearly 50 feet and weighing as much as 30 tonnes, it is simply amazing to behold these incredible creatures leaping out of the water!  About two-thirds of the entire humpback whale population of the North Pacific are thought to visit the Hawaiian Islands each winter, and sightings are pretty much guaranteed during the season.     

Microphones will be dropped into the water along the way, so that you may hear the extraordinary and complex songs for which Humpbacks are renowned.  An onboard ocean guide will also provide information during the encounter. In addition to this rare treat, the warm ocean waters off the Hawaiian Islands are teeming with other marine life so keep a lookout as you may well see Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins, Sea Turtles and Porpoises.
