Overview

This tour begins with an off-road safari through the countryside. Then you take to the water to kayak to North Sound National Park to see first-hand the fragile natural ecology of the mangroves, the habitat of exotic marine animals and plants.

Then it's on to uninhabited Bird Island, a sanctuary for rare species of birds, marine life and unusual flora. Here you enjoy lunch and a climb into the hills for a panoramic view of where the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea merge.

Back on the beach head out to the colorful reef for a refreshing snorkel and swim. These reef-bound waters are perfect for children and beginner snorkellers or for simply enjoying a swim in the protected bay. The water is warm and calm, the underwater sea life is colourful and exciting, snorkeling on this reef is a truly perfect.
