St. Miquel del Fai is located in a valley basin around 20 miles from Barcelona.  The area is dominated by imposing straight-walled cliffs, but you will also see the St Miquel and the Tosques Caves, small waterfalls and the Romanic hermitage of Sant Martí, the Sant Miquel Church buried inside a grotto and a monastery known as the Priory House, built on an enormous ledge on the mountain wall at the beginnings of the fifteenth Century. Passing cascades and natural pools your hike will take you up the mountain.  After a guided tour of St. Miquel del Fai Cascade and caves, you will continue your hike returning down the mountain, where you will be met by the support car, which will drive you back to Barcelona.
