This wonderful evening begins with a harbour cruise on a traditional Chinese sightseeing junk, where you can enjoy an aperitif while taking in the exciting night views of Hong Kong Harbour.

The boat drops you at Hong Kong’s Eastern Harbour where Lei Yue Mun Seafood Village is located.  The streets here are lined with fishmongers’ stalls and tanks, and locals often pick their own fish to be taken to a restaurant for cooking.  However you have a reservation at the Hoi Tin Garden Restaurant, where a sumptuous 10-course Chinese dinner awaits you. 

On the return journey, you enjoy more of the glittering harbour views by night.
