In this half-day cooking workshop you will be taught the art of making pasta in an authentic Italian style in the beautiful city of Florence. With an English speaking chef, you will have the chance to make pasta the traditional way, with a rolling pin before trying the more modern methods of using a machine. Working with flour, eggs and other ingredients you will make three types of pasta with a selection of sauces and you’ll also be able to make a traditional Italian dessert.
This work-shop is great for groups and even individuals where you will be able to sit down for lunch and dine on the marvellous dishes that you have created with some fine Tuscan wine.
