Your ski plane takes you on a magical voyage over New Zealand’s Aoraki Mount Cook National Park.  You will witness some of the greatest alpine scenery in the world from this amazing perspective as you soar over the peaks of New Zealand’s Southern Alps.

With 22 peaks over 3000 metres, including Aoraki Mount Cook - the tallest mountain in Australasia at 3754m, bright turquoise glacial lakes, and glaciers heading slowly down the mountains, this flight showcases the wonders of an area that few people have the opportunity to see.

After flying the length of the Tasman Glacier, the world’s longest glacier at 27km, our ski equipped aircraft will make a landing, giving you the opportunity to walk on one of these gigantic snow covered masses of ice.  The plane engine is turned off whilst you are on the glacier so that the sound of silence is only interrupted by the sounds of the glacier - a truly magical experience.
