The French quarter is a bustling collection of quaint streets, squares and banquettes (sidewalks) named after saints and sinners from New Orleans’ European past. On this tour your guide will help unravel the mysterious past of this area that was originally settled by the French in the 1700’s, and you will see the quarter come to life as you learn about the architecture, courtyards, gardens, food, music and art it has to offer.
