Overview

The tour starts with a beautiful evening cruise on the Huangpu River, the most significant shipping channel of Shanghai. The river splits the bund into two sections, Pu Dong and Pu Xi meaning east and west correspondingly. In Shanghai the river is respected and honoured as the mother river and this will become evident when the cruise begins. At the end of the cruise, you will be able to enjoy a walk along the Bund, the cultural district of Shanghai that represents the combination of ancient and contemporary influences, as you make your way to the Peace Hotel, historically notorious for its nightlife in the 1920’s and 1930’s. From here you will take a trolley tour to take in the stunning and glorious evening views of the Nanjing road.
