The tour with a visit to the Fountain of Trevi. Arguably the most famous fountain in Rome, it was designed by Nicolas Salvi in the XVIII c and is the very last example of the magnificent baroque art. Continue to the Pantheon -this architectural wonder of the Ancient Rome is the burial place of Raffaello and its architecture has been admired and studied by many Renaissance artists such as Michelangelo.

Visit Piazza Navona, a traditional baroque square that was once a stadium built by Caesar Domiziano in 92 A.C. Today it is known as the square of artists. The Four Rivers Fountain by Bernini dominates the piazza and dates from the seventeenth century.

The tour finishes with a visit to the  Vatican where you can admire the beautiful architecture of St. Peter’s Basilica and St Peter’s Square.
