- DoSomethingDifferent will send you an actual park ticket for this product. Therefore you will receive a confirmation of purchase by email, followed by the ticket(s) one week later.
- They will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. You must therefore, be resident in the UK or Ireland to purchase this product.
- As you will be sent the actual ticket, we advise that you store it in a safe place prior to travel and take a photocopy of serial number(s) on the reverse. In the event that it is lost, this will enable the park to reissue the ticket.
- If you are travelling in less than a week, we can offer an express delivery service, for a £5 (per booking) booking fee, subject to availability. Please either call our Customer Service Line on 0208 090 3790 to book this or select the Express Delivery Service ticket when booking.
Q: Can I visit more than one park in a day?
A: Yes, you can visit more than one park in a day….in fact you can visit all four main parks!
Q: Do I need to use my ticket over consecutive days?
A: No, the Premium Ticket does not need to be used over consecutive days – you have 7 days entry over a 14 day period
Q: Do my tickets expire?
A: Premium tickets will expire 14 days from first use unless the upgrade option is purchased to extend un-used days/visits so they are valid for life. Please note that the exact price depends upon gate prices, but is in the region of $100 - $120 incl. tax. This element must be purchased locally.
Q: Can the Plus Visits be used on seperate days when I do not visit one of the four main parks?
A: Yes, the Plus visits are in ADDITION to the 7 days entrance to the four main parks! However, the visits must also be completed within the same 14 day period.
