• DoSomethingDifferent will send you an actual park ticket for this product.  Therefore you will receive a confirmation of purchase by email, followed by the ticket(s) one week later. 
• They will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  You must therefore, be resident in the UK or Ireland to purchase this product.
• As you will be sent the actual ticket, we advise that you store it in a safe place prior to travel and take a photocopy of serial number(s) on the reverse.  In the event that it is lost, this will enable the park to reissue the ticket.
• If you are travelling in less than a week, we can offer an express delivery service, for a £5 (per booking) booking fee, subject to availability. Please either call our Customer Service Line on 0208 090 3790 to book this or select the Express Delivery Service ticket when booking.

Q: Does my Disneyland California 2-Day Hopper Ticket need to be used over consecutive days?

A: No, your second visit to the resort can be anytime within a 14 day window from the date of your first visit. Tickets expire after 14 days even if the second day has not been used.
