Among the many highlights at Discovery Cove is the exhilaration of swimming and playing with bottle-nosed dolphins in their delightfully serene tropical lagoon away from the crowds and queues. Witness the power and grace of these special animals and learn about their behaviors on an hour long interactive session.
At the spectacular coral reef, snorkel through schools of colourful tropical fish and feel the hairs on the back of your neck stand up as you come within inches of dangerous predators such as barracuda and sharks – but don’t worry, they are safely housed behind clear partitions!
For a more relaxing experience, head to the tranquil Ray Lagoon where you snorkel, wade and play with hundreds of wonderfully gentle southern and cownose rays or explore the tropical river as it winds lazily past sandy beaches, rocky lagoons through a tropical rainforest and an underwater cave.
Your Discovery Cove Dolphin Swim ticket also includes entrance to a towering free flight aviary where you can touch and feed a multitude of brilliant exotic birds, plus you will receive breakfast and lunch, snacks and drinks throughout the day.
Your Choice of Adventure ticket also includes a 7-day ticket to either SeaWorld OR Busch Gardens. This ticket is valid within 7 days either side of your Dolphin Swim and is activated the first time you visit either SeaWorld or Busch Gardens.
Upgrade to the Ultimate Adventure Package ticket option and your ticket includes 14 days unlimited entrance to SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and the exciting new water park Aquatica which opens March 1st 2008, in addition to your entrance to Discovery Cove.

Casual. All equipment for the Dolphin Swim is provided by Discovery Cove…just don’t forget your swimming costume!
Please note that the period from 18th March - 17th April 2008 is very heavily booked. Please call us if you wish to book for this period.
Please note that Ultimate Adventure Package tickets for before 1st of March will not include access to Aquatica.

Please note: children must be aged 6 or over to take part in the dolphin swim.
Discovery Cove attendance is limited to 1,000 guests a day, so all bookings require a reservation and it is recommended that book well in advance to avoid disappointment! All tickets are subject to availability.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult through the check-in process.
The Dolphin Swim consists of a 30 minute introduction with the trainers followed by a 30 minute group session with the Dolphins.
You do not need to be an experienced swimmer to swim with Dolphins. Life Jackets are provided and you do not need to go out of your depth should you not wish to do so.
