We had actually climbed Table Mountain the day before we took this city tour, and it was a great feeling sailing up to the top by cable car! What an incredible view. Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the world I think, and Table Mountain its iconic backdrop - like the statue of Christ in Rio, or Big Ben in London. We were really lucky with the weather too, it was such a clear day and we could see for miles, even out to Robben Island. We then went back into town, to the markets and marina with our guide pointing out various places of interest. We went to Greenmarket Square fleamarket (great shopping)! and had a coffee at the marina as we departed - it was a great introduction to Cape Town and a really fun way to spend the morning.
