The tour emphasis is on the most current areas of volcanic activity. View lava flows and black sand beaches and take in tropical rain forests and small cascading waterfalls as your pilot explains the history and culture of Hawaii. 

Although the odds are good for sighting lava flow, due to the unpredictability of nature this cannot be 100% guaranteed.
