The perfect Parisian experience for foodies and wannabe chefs, Cooking With The Countess is a wonderfully casual experience that will introduce you to French food and cooking techniques. Countess Rosabelle will welcome you into to her Paris home and after a short period to familiarise yourself with the three-course menu and recipes, the practical hands on class begins. The recipes are based on traditional French cuisine with a modern twist and the menu changes daily, so no two classes are the same. Everybody takes an active part in the food preparation and cooking - peeling, chopping, stirring and tasting - all under the guidance of Rosabelle. Once the meal is complete, the whole group heads to the dining room to enjoy the fruits of your labour. After your meal, the menu and recipes are collated by the countess and they are yours to take away and practice on your friends.
