The testes produce the male sex cell, the sperm. When these cells join, a process known as fertilisation occurs and a cell called a zygote is created. Urinary System: The system includes the ureters, the bladder, the urethra and the primary organs of the system – two kidneys. Integumentary System: The skin and its major appendages, the sweat glands, hair and nails make up the integumentary system. The skin is the largest and heaviest organ in the body.
