Even though it was an early start it was certainly worth it especially as we decided to stay on and return at the later time which was really a very good idea.It was really different going on a water jet powered boat but it was very smooth.Our crew of course knew exactly where to go and we did see a lot of bottlenose dolphins however the crew did say that we might have seen some other types of dolphins as well but we weren't lucky.It was really strange hearing the dolphins speak to one another.As the water was so smooth we were able to go in the water and they came right up to us.I am about 4 months pregnant and the pilot did say that they all would come up to me and that did happen but they were really very gentle.We were certainly not rushed during our swimming and then it was on to the Urupukapka Island.We all were pleased that there was showers to use and the food was really good at the cafe and not too expensive.As we had decided to go back later there was extra time for the kids to play on the beach and as it was a lovely day we decided to go on the coastel walk at a leisurely pace.On the return journey we managed to see one of the whales and I must say it did seem funny to see some penguins.So all in all a really enjoying trip and I would say a must for anyone interested in wildlife.
