Enjoy the majesty of Paris’s world-famous landmarks as you gently sail down the historic River Seine. Your boat is entirely glassed over, so your views are unimpeded and as you indulge in your four-course lunch you will see the Eiffel Tower, the Notre Dam Cathedral, Hotel De Ville, the Louvre and the Grand Palais and much more.

The innovative menu is inspired by traditional French cuisine and all food is freshly prepared on board. Each menu option includes a third bottle of wine, mineral water and coffee.

Etoile Service: À la carte menu with starter, main course and dessert. Drinks include Blanc de Blancs kir aperitif, choice of wines -Vin de Pays d'Oc Chardonnay 2009, Château Les Capitelles , Minervois 2007, Château Remaury - mineral water, coffee. Tables from 2 to 8 persons maximum.

Privilège Service:
À la carte menu with starter, main course, selection of mature cheeses and dessert. Drinks include a glass of Blanc de Blancs kir aperitif, choice of wines - Vin de Pays d'Oc Chardonnay 2009, Château Les Capitelles , Médoc 2008, Terre des Granges -  mineral water, coffee. Excellent position by a large window (tables from 2 to 4 persons only).

Premier Service:
À la carte menu with starter, main course, selection of mature cheeses and dessert. Drinks include a glass of Champagne as an aperitif, choice of wines - Vin de Pays d'Oc Chardonnay 2009, Château Les Capitelles , Médoc 2008, Terre des Granges -  mineral water, miniature pastries served with coffee. Exceptional position at a round table in the bows of the boat, tables from 2 to 8 persons maximum.

Sample Menu:

Starters

• Lettuce heart, fresh/ confit tomato and feta salad
• Rillettes of duck served with toasted rustic bread
• Chilled broccoli soup with fresh ewe’s milkcheese and golden croutons
• Shrimps, served with guacamole and spiced tomato syrup

Main courses

• Poached salmon with aromatic herbs, served with confit of vegetables and a lemon sauce
• Tender roast fillet of chicken, served with potato purée and barbecue sauce
• Grilled rump steak with shallots, served with Boulangère potatoes and Bordelaise sauce
• Tender veal, served with mushroom rice and Marengo sauce

Cheeses

• Mature Brie de Meaux cheese with mixed salad leaves (Etoile service: in place of a dessert or in additional €5, payable locally)

Desserts

• Cherry clafoutis, served with pistachio ice cream
• Iced nougat -pistachio/passion fruit/nougat
• Exotic fresh fruit salad with an almond sponge finger
• Chocolate caramel tart
