See Barcelona through the eyes of a local professional photographer; experience the history of the city through its magnificent architecture and discover the locals' passion for life. There is a maximum of six persons in each group with plenty of one-on-one tuition, allowing you to improve your photography techniques and help you develop your imagination and spontaneity.
As you walk down Paseo de Gracia and Las Ramblas to Plaza Catalunya, you will photograph street performers, pet sellers, strolling locals and tourists. In particular you will see the outstanding contribution of Antoni Gaudi as you photograph the outside of two of his masterpieces - La Pedrera (Casa Mila ) and Casa Batlo.
Another of Barcelona’s famous attractions is its gastronomy. You will experience the colours, taste and smells of La Boqueria, the best known and best loved food market in Barcelona. Here you have an ideal opportunity to learn and experiment in shooting in low light and metering for different subject.
Eventually you will arrive at the Barri Gotico, the old part of town and walk along the original Roman road between medieval walls to photograph the narrow streets and town squares. Your tour finishes at Paseo de Borne near Parque Ciudella and a friendly critique of your efforts.
