One of Victoria's most popular tourist destinations, the Yarra Valley boasts many walking and cycling tracks throughout the Warrandyte State Park and both the Yarra Ranges and Kinglake National Parks make this an ideal place for a hot air balloon adventure.
Your morning balloon flight starts from the Rochford Winery where you will be given the chance to assist with the launch if you desire. As you rise above the winery to take in the many vineyards in the area the sun rises with you creating a breathtaking sight. Relax as the wind floats you along over the beautiful Yarra Valley with views to the surrounding mountains before you land and head back to Rochford Winery for a delicious breakfast. What an amazing way to start your day!

As tour departs prior to sunrise it can be extremely cold depending on the time of year, so layered clothing is recommended which can be removed as the day warms up. Wear clothes as for hiking, sturdy shoes, warm socks, a cap and sunglasses, and don't forget your camera ! Ballooning is an audience participation activity and you will be encouraged to assist with the set up and pack away of the balloon, so please be aware that clothing may get stained or dirty.
