With the fragrant scent of flowers still pungent in the early morning air, start on your downhill cycling tour. Cycle past local craftsmen at work, flowing streams and scenic views of hauntingly beautiful mountains and terraced rice fields. The pace is fairly gentle so you can take in the wonderful landscape. See plantations of bananas, cocoa, coffee, papaya, cinnamon, vanilla, and durian and at each village smiling local children kids burst onto the road to wave or wait for a high-five.  The ride ends at the village of Gulingan where smiling faces of the Balinese await your arrival with an invitation to their traditional house compound and temple. The village is famous for its traditional Balinese cooking demonstrations and here you can become a chef of the local cuisine! Help prepare your lunch, then sit back and enjoy the delicious Indonesian buffet in a wonderful tropical setting.
