Dine aboard a 50-foot (15-meter) yacht, then take an evening cruise on Auckland's beautiful Waitemata Harbour to see the twinkling city lights.- 3-course dinner

Tie up at a sheltered anchorage within the largest yacht marina in the Southern Hemisphere where you will be invited to your table below decks and served your dinner along with an offering from the ship's bar. After dinner the sails are set and we pass under the Harbour Bridge to Chelsea sugar works, Devonport Naval Base and the City's waterfront. Guests are welcome to participate in sailing the yacht or just sit back, relax and enjoy the sail.

Warm ciabatta loaf and butter
Starter:
- Grilled black tiger prawns, panzenella salad, toasted almonds, lemon vinaigrette
- Baby caesar salad, romaine lettuce, egg, croutons, anchovy and crunchy bacon, shaved parmesan, caesar dressing
- Salad of char grilled lipstick pepper, shallot, courgette, artichokes, romaine lettuce, olives and balsamic dressing (V)
Main Course:
- Big Glory bay salmon, artichokes, Kalamata olives, lemon and roasted gourmet potatoes
- Roast breast of free range chicken on orzo, toasted almonds, parsley, mint, broad bean, cucumber salad
- “Rajima Masala” - Red kidney beans in a mildly spicy tomato gravy, fried onion, coriander and poppadom (Vegan)
All mains are served with bowls of mixed leaf salad for the table, sherry vinaigrette
Dessert:
- Vanilla crème brûlée with Scottish shortbread.
- Fresh fruit salad (vegan option only)

Dress in warm clothing appropriate for the season and for an afternoon on the harbour where the temperature is generally a few degrees cooler than on land.
We recommend wearing layers of clothing so it is easier to adjust to the changeable conditions.
Comfortable shoes are a must- no heels!
