Expect amazing aerial views on this exciting helicopter flight over dramatically contrasting landscapes, then land on a glacier to play in the snow.

From the low rolling hills of Glentanner Park you will fly over the serene Lake Pukaki and in moments find yourself flying past the steep icy ridges of the Southern Alps, enjoying views over the valleys below.

Your flight will take you over the Ben Ohau Mountains where you have views to Aoraki Mount Cook which dominates the Southern Alps.  Your pilot will tell you about many of the points of interest throughout your flight as you head to the Richardson Glacier.  Here you will make a spectacular landing so that you are able to walk on the snow covered mass of ice and enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the untouched mountains that surround you.

As you return to Glentanner Park you fly over Lake Pukaki which reflects a faultless image of Aoraki Mt Cook on its turquoise surface, leaving you with a real feel for the pristine nature of this area and the majesty of these mountains.
