Your luxury coach will take you to Taiaroa Head at the eastern end of the Otago Peninsula, where you will marvel at the Northen Royal Albatross colony, the only mainland nesting group in the world. From here your guided tour continues with a visit to the Yellow Eyed Penguin Reserve where you can get up close to these rare birds thanks to a range of trenches and hides which keep you hidden from these shy creatures.
You will also get to see sea lions and fur seals lazing in the sun before enjoying the relaxing cruise along the Otago Harbour on board the Monarch to return to Dunedin.
