There is no way we could go to South Africa and not do a safari even though there was a very early start it was really worth it.The guide we had really knew the best places to find the animals and we even saw a white rhino which is quite rare.The food wasn't that good but the rest of the day made up for it we are not really big eaters anyway.We had a good group of people with us from all over the world so it was really a fun and interesting day out of Capetown.We would certainly do it again if we went back to Capetown.

I was in Cape Town to visit relatives but felt I couldn't go home without doing the "safari" bit. I was amazed, I expected it to be rather like a zoo, but seeing the animals totally at home in their own surroundings was so cool. We were out on a 4x4 for a good couple of hours and saw so much. The guide was very informative and the scenery was lovely.
