Enjoy the freedom and adventure of open cockpit flying as you take to the skies in a genuine de Havilland Tiger Moth. With the wind in your face you will be given the opportunity to take control of this beautiful aircraft and learn some basic maneuvers. No previous flying experience is necessary as you will be accompanied by a fully qualified CAA flight instructor who will pilot the aircraft. Typically your flying adventure will take you over local area landmarks and the glorious English countryside.

You will receive a comprehensive briefing before your flight where you can discuss any specific requirements you have so that your flight can be tailored to your exact needs. 

Health Requirements: You must be agile and at least be cabable of getting in-and-out of a family car unassisted. This experience may not be suitable for persons who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, fits, severe head injuries, recurrent fainting, giddiness or blackouts, high blood pressure, or heart conditions. For their own safety diabetics may be required to produce a medical certificate. If in doubt please consult your doctor and/or contact us. 

Please note, there is a maximum weight restriction of 18 stone and height restriction of 6ft 4. There is also a minimum height restriction of 4ft 5.

Q: Do I need to book a specific date for my Tiger Moth Flight?  
A: Advance reservations are required, but you do not have to name a date at the time of booking. DoSomethingDifferent.com will issue you with an open-dated ticket voucher, allowing you to book the time, date and location at a later date once you have finalised your plans.

Q: Can I bring some friends/family with me to watch the experience?
